Teams succeed at UCO

Mia Bonitto and Brittany Coats earned top-seed honors in the junior division at the University of Central Oklahoma with a 5-1 preliminary record.  They earned a bye in the octafinals before being upset by Oklahoma in the quarterfinals.  Mia was the 7th speaker.  Brittany was 9th.

Tom Garvey and Tyler Joe were the second seed in the junior division with a 5-1 preliminary record.  They also received a bye in the octafinals.  They defeated Minnesota in the quarterfinals and lost 2-1 to JCCC in the semis.  Tom was the 10th speaker.

Franklin Katschke and Adam Courtelyou also competed at the tournament, winning 2 debates in the open division.
